Job summary

Simon-Kucher in Madrid is seeking a Manager Data Science (Gen)AI to lead analytics initiatives for pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients. You will shape AI-enabled strategies, design end-to-end data pipelines, and deploy GenAI solutions that drive measurable growth.

You will work across data engineering, modelling, and client teams, translating business questions into impactful AI use cases while communicating complex results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong experience deploying ML and GenAI solutions in real-world settings.
• Consulting experience and pharma/healthcare domain familiarity are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics and GenAI solutions for life sciences clients.
• Extract and analyze structured and unstructured data across commercial, medical, and R&D domains.
• Develop, test, and deploy ML and GenAI models with robust, scalable outcomes.
• Translate business questions into analytical use cases and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to executives.
