Manager Commercial Finance - Local Market

We are a leading multinational company based in Las Rozas de Madrid seeking a qualified candidate for a financial management role.

Responsibilities

1. Management of two accountants.
2. Ensure the monthly closing of accounts and reporting to the group.
3. Manage relations with auditors, lawyers, and other external partners.
4. Collaborate in the formulation of strategic plans for the company, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
5. Participate in the preparation of budgets, as well as in the performance of projections and forecasting analysis to support decision-making.
6. Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Monitor and evaluate actual financial performance against budgets, recognizing deviations and proposing corrective actions.
8. Prepare reports, present analysis, and provide financial advice to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
9. Develop financial models for projections and future scenarios to assist in long-term planning.
10. Assess and manage the company's financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate those risks.
11. Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
12. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and achievement of objectives.
13. Work closely with other departments to understand and address the financial and strategic needs of the business.
14. Ensure compliance with relevant financial rules and regulations.
15. Minimum 5 years of experience.
16. High English level is a must.
