A strong background in management consulting and software sales, paired with financial analysis skills, is vital for success in this collaborative environment.

Formación

About the Role

SailPoint is seeking a Manager, Value Strategy to build our team in EMEA and APAC. Successful Value Strategists are a blend of customer-facing challenger, strategy consultant, and financial analyst, helping our customers build their business cases.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, and Italian are preferred.
Experience Required
  1. Building Teams: Proven track record of building international teams from scratch.
  2. Software: Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally in identity governance or access management.
  3. Consulting: 10+ years in business value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  4. Executive Engagement: Leading C-level discussions to assess strategic objectives and present business cases.
  5. Sales Strategy: Developing account strategies and executing sales plays with field sales teams.
  6. Detailed Deliverables: Creating customer-facing Excel models and PowerPoint presentations with attention to detail.
  7. Analytics: Financial analysis and modeling skills, educating non-financial roles on ROI, IRR, TCO, etc.
  8. Cross-Functional Initiatives: Driving strategic projects across various teams.
Education

A degree in finance, accounting, or engineering is preferred but not required.
