Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, especialmente en IA o aprendizaje automático.
• Fuerte formación técnica en IA y aprendizaje automático.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y gestionar equipos multifuncionales para la ejecución de proyectos de IA.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar hojas de ruta de proyectos de IA alineadas con objetivos estratégicos.

The Artificial Intelligence team at NTT DATA is looking for a new project leader. Are you a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for artificial intelligence (AI) and a strong blend of technical expertise and management acumen?

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of AI projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Bring strong technical skills and expertise in AI and machine learning to the role. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals to make informed decisions, provide technical guidance, and resolve technical challenges.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to define AI project objectives and align them with the company's strategic goals. Develop and execute AI project roadmaps that drive innovation and create competitive advantages.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of AI professionals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong technical background in AI and machine learning, including knowledge of popular frameworks and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Adept at managing budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align AI initiatives with business objectives.
