SITA is seeking a Functional Lead for Finance Digitalisation & AI Transformation to guide finance processes, ERP architecture and AI adoption. You will translate business priorities into scalable digital solutions across Finance, IT and risk, driving value realization and governance.

Lead end‑to‑end finance transformations, ensure data integrity, and enable transparent reporting with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and responsible AI adoption.

Formación

• Experience leading finance digitalisation and ERP projects across modules and integrations.

About the role & teams

SITA is accelerating its transformation toward a modern, AI‑enabled and data‑driven enterprise. As Functional Lead – Finance Digitalisation & AI Transformation, you will provide functional leadership across finance processes, financial systems and ERP while shaping the practical adoption of AI, automation and digital capabilities. You will translate business, reporting and control priorities into scalable solutions that strengthen financial transparency, operational efficiency, data quality and compliance. Working across Finance, IT, Risk, Data and business teams, you will drive change from use‑case identification through delivery, adoption and measurable value realisation.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver the finance digitalisation and AI roadmap, translating business priorities into governed use cases with clear outcomes and success measures.
• Act as a catalyst for change, enabling finance teams to adopt AI, automation and digital tools in their daily work.
• Embed responsible AI and strong governance, including human oversight, data protection, financial controls and clear accountability.
• Provide functional leadership across Oracle Financial ERP and connected finance platforms, covering core finance modules, integrations and end‑to‑end processes.
• Ensure solutions strengthen the financial control environment, including segregation of duties, approvals, auditability, reconciliations, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the evolution of management, statutory and operational reporting, improving timeliness, accuracy, transparency and decision support.
• Establish trusted data and reporting practices through reconciliations, data‑quality controls, common definitions and clear ownership.
• Apply analytics and AI to identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, ensuring outputs remain explainable and appropriately validated.
• Use process analysis and process mining to identify bottlenecks, control deviations, rework and automation opportunities across end-to-end finance processes.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery and build team capability through coaching, experimentation, reusable practices and targeted upskilling.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to apply: Finance digitalisation and technology‑enabled change, from prioritising use cases through delivery, adoption and value realisation. Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and ERP, preferably Oracle Financials, across core finance modules, integrations and process design. Financial reporting expertise, including management insight, statutory reporting, reconciliations, forecasting and performance analysis. Financial controls, audit requirements, data governance, security, regulatory compliance and operational risk. Practical application of generative AI, intelligent automation and analytics within a responsible finance environment. ERP optimisation, workflow tools, reporting platforms, APIs and secure systems integration. Leadership and influencing skills to mobilise teams, challenge established practices and build confidence in new ways of working. Clear stakeholder communication, translating complex finance, control and technology topics into decisions and actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in finance digitalisation, financial systems and ERP, internal controls, reporting, process improvement and team leadership.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Financial ERP and enterprise‑scale finance transformation.

NICE‑TO‑HAVE

• Professional finance certification, such as CPA or CFA, is desirable.
• Experience with Oracle reporting and analytics tools, such as OAC, OTBI or equivalent enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of treasury platforms such as Kyriba.
• Experience using process‑mining platforms or methodologies in ERP‑based finance processes.
