PwC Spain seeks a leader in managed services to oversee transitioning and running services, manage delivery teams, programmes, and performance risk. You will drive continuous improvement of the managed services process, tools, and services, leveraging your project management and process optimization skills.

As a senior member of the team you will mentor others, set standards, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver value for clients, upholding PwC's integrity and professional standards

Formación

• Analyse and identify linkages between parts of an entire system.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to completion.
• Partner with team leadership for quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone and mentor others to do the same.
• Effectively mentor others and review work to deepen expertise.
• Address conflicts with clients and stakeholders, escalating when needed.
• Uphold PwC standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
