Camp de Mar Hotel & Resort on Mallorca seeks a Server for a full-time cover contract. You will join an international team delivering attentive service across our restaurant and bars, ensuring guests enjoy authentic hospitality in a sunny island setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborating across all food and beverage outlets of the resort.
• Ensuring smooth and reliable service flows in accordance with established standards.
• Preparing the daily mise en place for early, mid, and late shifts.
• Welcoming and serving guests in the à la carte restaurant and bars.
• Preparing cocktails, specialty coffees, and standard beverages according to the menu.
• Contributing creative ideas to promotions and special offers for the restaurant and pool bar.
• Delivering warm, attentive, and authentic service to every guest.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organized after each shift.
