Perlentaucher Holding Balearen S.L. in Mallorca seeks a seasoned Head of Home Service to lead and grow the division that cares for luxury properties post‑handover.

You will manage a technical and service team, ensuring delivery of exemplary client experience and high standards of maintenance and service. You will work closely with homeowners, suppliers, and internal teams, applying commercial sense and hands‑on leadership to uphold the Perlentaucher standard across all properties.

Formación

• Several years of experience in property management, home services, or luxury facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate operations.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to assess costs, value, and risk.
• Hands-on approach with speed, discretion and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, organise, and develop the Home Service team, including technical and service staff.
• Establish clear responsibilities, workflows, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Plan staffing, schedules, resources, and external support as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate team members.
• Oversee property maintenance to the standards expected by luxury homeowners.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
• Serve as senior point of contact for homeowners and build trusted relationships.
• Drive strategic growth and professionalization of the Home Service division.
