The Opportunity

To support the Makeup formula team in new product developments and reformulations.

• R&D Makeup formula team support
• Support in stability and compatibility testing
• Support in bulk evaluation and validation
• Scientific monitoring of Makeup competitors

We'd love to meet you if you have

General:

• Passion for the Makeup category

Experience:

• Laboratory experience needed
• 1-3 years’ experience in project management would be a plus
• 1-3 years’ experience in developing new formulas for the makeup category would be a plus

Education:

• Bachelors or Master´s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering)

Languages:

• French would be a plus
• Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights related to makeup product development
• Working knowledge in physical testing and analytical methods
• Familiar with global cosmetic regulations and cosmetic GMP
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge in computers. Windows, SAP, etc.
