About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion status.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Impact the team through designated duties and tasks.
• Deliver work following procedures under supervision.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience and education combined may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/carrying loads over 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow work routines and standards.
• Effective communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
