Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles de mantenimiento en el sector industrial.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos: mañana, tarde, noche.

• Diagnosticar y colaborar en tareas de reparación de máquinas y equipos.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y documentar en el CMMS.

At Draxton Lleida, our machining plant located between Cervera and Tàrrega, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the machines, installations, and equipment at the plant.

This position reports hierarchically and functionally to the Maintenance Management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and collaborate on repair tasks.
• Perform operations to replace electrical components in machines and work equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance actions (machine reviews at electrical and electronic levels, backup of PLCs and robotics).
• Propose improvements and identify deficiencies in the plant’s installations.
• Document all work performed in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Technical training in electricity, mechanics, and/or electronics.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance roles within the industrial sector.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night.
