A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks efficiently and in compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. Your duties include:

• Implementing statutory and legal requirements, including fire safety, health and safety, hygiene, electrical safety, and local regulations.
• Responding promptly to maintenance inquiries.
• Carrying out repair work while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintaining green areas and parking facilities as applicable.
• Following planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Building good relationships with internal teams, external customers, and contractors.
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives.
• Following C.O.S.H.H regulations, especially regarding hazardous substances.
• Attending relevant training sessions to enhance skills.
