Descripción del empleo

Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Reviews pending notifications from SAP and sets priorities for the Maintenance main subcontractor.

Solves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to enhance the performance of production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order.

Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance needs and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operational issues to minimize production disruptions.

Implements health, safety, and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure the safety of personnel and resources.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment. A Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred.

Specific training in maintenance management, predictive techniques, and TPM is required.

Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is necessary. Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts is also important.

Additional valued knowledge includes SAP and GMAO.
