Werfen Immunoassay is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, reliable and compliant operation of industrial maintenance and hard facility services in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role leads corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration activities, utilities, infrastructure, technical documentation and budget control, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance and business continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years in maintenance or hard facilities management in regulated environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, HVAC, cleanrooms, and laboratory facilities.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and SAP or similar tools.
• Fluent in Spanish or Catalan; advanced English for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrial maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.
• Oversee hard facility services, utilities and infrastructure through outsourced partners.
• Define and monitor maintenance budgets aligning with business priorities.
• Manage technical documentation, drawings and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, QA, and suppliers.
