Lineage, a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Milagro site. You will lead the Facility Engineering and Maintenance function, ensuring safe, efficient operation of equipment, facilities and automation.

You’ll collaborate with Site Management and regional teams to drive performance, coach your team, and deliver improvements while supporting sustainability initiatives and cost optimisation.

Formación

• Experience in engineering, maintenance leadership within a distribution/logistics environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance, refrigeration, MHE and warehouse automation systems.
• Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience with maintenance strategy, annual planning, budgeting and operational performance.
• Knowledge of contract management, supplier management and SLAs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive performance and improvement; CapEx/OpEx projects.
• Background in continuous improvement, ideally Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive, resourceful with a results and customer service focus.
• English language skills required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Relevant technical or engineering qualifications/certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the site maintenance team, supporting performance and engagement.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across warehouse automation, MHE, refrigeration and facilities.
• Develop and implement engineering and maintenance processes, procedures and best practices.
• Manage maintenance budgets, repairs and service contracts, ensuring value for money.
• Coordinate technical inspections, audits and assessments with actions followed through.
• Collaborate with Site Management to implement Lineage’s maintenance strategy.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, energy efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Support sustainability initiatives to reduce CO2 impact.
• Lead CapEx and OpEx projects aligned with regional priorities.
• Provide technical support to resolve maintenance issues.
• Work with HR on recruitment and development of technical talent.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Milagro. You will lead the Facility Engineering and Maintenance function, ensuring our equipment, facilities and technical operations are maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working closely with Site Management, regional engineering teams, suppliers and other stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational performance, developing your team and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, manage and develop the site maintenance team, supporting performance, capability and engagement.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across warehouse automation, material handling equipment (MHE), refrigeration and facilities.
• Develop and implement effective engineering and maintenance processes, procedures and best practices.
• Manage maintenance budgets, repairs and technical service contracts, ensuring strong supplier performance and value for money.
• Coordinate mandatory technical inspections, audits and assessments, ensuring actions are followed through.
• Work with Site Management and the Regional Engineering Manager to implement Lineage’s maintenance and engineering strategy.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics covering areas such as safety, energy efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including projects to reduce Lineage’s CO₂ impact.
• Lead and support CapEx and OpEx projects, ensuring they align with regional priorities and are delivered successfully.
• Provide technical support and expertise to resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Work with HR and Site Management on recruitment, performance management and the development of technical talent.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on maintenance leader with experience in a distribution, logistics, warehouse or similar operational environment.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Several years’ experience in engineering, maintenance management and leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance, refrigeration, MHE and warehouse automation systems.
• Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience with maintenance strategy, annual planning, budgeting and operational performance.
• Knowledge of contract management, supplier management and SLAs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive performance and improvement.Experience delivering or supporting CapEx/OpEx and technical projects.
• A background in continuous improvement, ideally with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• A strong understanding of safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive, resourceful approach with a strong focus on results and customer service.
• English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
