Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles within an industrial setting.
  • High level of English (C1) and knowledge of Medium/High Voltage products.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead maintenance and improvement actions in mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
  • Manage teams and budgets while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Expert in several areas of knowledge Maintenance in an entity (mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and robotics maintenance, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance…)
  2. Expert in automation and robotic devices (priority Schneider products).
  3. Expert in several areas of knowledge Production/Manufacturing in an entity (Process design, ergonomic, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, etc.)
  4. Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary accountability. Clear Leadership Skill to achieve the objectives.
  5. Strong contribution to leading continuous improvement actions for the site.
Competencies:
  1. Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives, and business objectives).
  2. Ability to understand and integrate related technologies into the way of efficiently work in a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with customers, and engaging employees, and ultimately creating differentiated business value Digital Acumen relies on Internet literacy, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) literacy, media literacy and information literacy.
  3. Ability to develop safe working conditions and/or practices by utilizing Health & Safety concepts, programs, processes, and procedures.
  4. Ability to identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limit of our manufacturing process.
  5. Ability to align maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility with safety, manufacturing, and customer demand.
  6. Ability to use an appropriate Continuous Improvement method (e.g., Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, lean 6 Sigma etc.) to improve processes by identifying & then reducing waste, variation & defects, meeting the needs of the Customer & Business Internal.
  7. Present sound arguments with energy and conviction. Understand and respond to others’ needs and agendas. Leverage own network to build support. Create a foundation of support through integrity and consistency.
  8. Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications, and values. Focus on customer total EXPERIENCE and LIFECYCLE. Create a sense of win-win partnership.
Qualifications:
  1. Studies: Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical…)
  2. Minimum experience: 3 years in similar positions or in an industrial company.
  3. Necessary knowledge: - High level of English (C1). - Experience in industry. Valuable knowledge of Medium/High Voltage products.
