Lineage in Milagro seeks an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to lead the site’s day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality warehousing performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Transport, Engineering, HR, Finance, Customer Service and QHSSE to deliver results.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage labour and costs, lead audits, and build strong relationships with customers and partners while growing the business.

Formación

• Several years' experience in an operational or supervisory leadership role.
• Experience leading and coordinating operational teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and commercially aware approach.
• Ability to analyse operational data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the site's operational teams, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality warehouse operations.
• Own operational performance, meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Champion health, safety, quality and compliance culture and audits.
• Lead audits and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers, internal teams and partners.
• Support onboarding of new customers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage labour planning and productivity to meet budget requirements.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop and engage the operational team through coaching and performance conversations.
• Support recruitment, performance management and other people-related processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Lineage network for clear communication and site alignment.
• Participate in site meetings and improvement projects.
