Lineage is seeking a Maintenance team member for the Milagro facility in Navarra. You will plan and schedule maintenance tasks, use the CMMS, and manage inventory and KPIs to keep logistics operations running smoothly.

The role requires FP or Engineering training, proactive teamwork, leadership, CAD and Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Previous team leadership is a plus, and knowledge of QHSSE standards is welcome.

Formación

• Higher-level technical vocational training (FP) or Engineering degree is required.
• Proactive approach to teamwork is essential.
• Leadership and initiative are valued for this role.
• Proficiency in Office software and CAD is required.
• Driver's license and own vehicle are required.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
• Language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Establish a detailed plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using the CMMS.
• Schedule intervention times to avoid disrupting logistics operations.
• Manage KPIs.
• Manage QHSSE-related documentation.
• Ensure the necessary resources are available.
• Monitor the availability of materials and spare parts to prevent repair delays.
• Manage inventory.
• Prepare periodic reports on equipment status, incidents, and department costs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comply with Lineage’s policies and standards.
