Maintenance / Facility Manager (m / f / x)

In your role as Maintenance / Facility Manager (m / f / x) , you will support our Operations Team on site in Mallorca.

• You will support our operations team on site in Mallorca and be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of our properties on the island.
• You are handy and able to carry out minor repairs yourself.
• Planning, coordination and quality assurance of maintenance and repair work carried out by external service providers.
• Supervision of renovation work and management of tradesmen and suppliers.

Qualifikation

• Successfully completed training or degree in a skilled trade, facility management, building services engineering or similar.
• Extensive experience in property management and the implementation / monitoring of construction measures.
• Strong manual skills and very good technical understanding.
• High problem-solving skills and a lot of initiative.
• Fluent Spanish and good English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a class B driving licence.
