A leading company is seeking a Global Best Practices Lead to oversee project management strategies within their Global Project Management Office. The Global Project Management Office team is seeking a highly strategic Global Best Practices Lead to spearhead our Best Practice team within the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) for the Global Central Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Team (C-RME). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects by providing strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership.
The Global Best Practices Lead will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, elevate quality standards, and pioneer innovative approaches to project management on a global scale.
The Global RME Project Management Office (PMO) team provides a customer-facing centralized project management solution for continuous improvements, best practices, technical service bulletins, permanent corrective actions, and reliability improvement actions which require RME resources. Our goal is to provide a stage-gate project process from intake, scoping, execution, post-go live support, completion tracking, and reporting.
