Bolton Food Spain is looking for talented candidates to fill the position of Maintenance Engineer. This role is dedicated to designing, planning, and supervising the annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure the operational efficiency of equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Engineer will also coordinate mandatory legal inspections and promote continuous improvement in processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

What Are You Going To Do

• Design and plan preventive maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage the annual preventive maintenance plan, ensuring proper execution and alignment with operational needs.
• Create and update maintenance procedures, define standards, and include audit checklists similar to manufacturing orders.
• Supervise mandatory legal inspections of critical equipment, such as autoclaves, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate and track team training to enhance the technical skills of mechanics.
• Participate in daily management meetings, reporting progress, incidents, and improvement proposals.

What We Are Searching For

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
