The role

As a Maintenance Engineer at Euro Pool System, you will lead maintenance activities across our facilities, ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and sustainably. You will play a key role in driving technical improvements, managing maintenance schedules, and collaborating with teams across our European operations. You will be responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing budgets, and supporting technical projects that contribute to the evolution of our infrastructure and technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on projects at a European level, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a company that prioritizes environmental sustainability in the logistics sector. You will work closely with local teams, providing technical support and training, while also participating in innovative initiatives that reduce our environmental impact.

You are an analytical and improvement-driven professional who enjoys working in technical environments that evolve continuously. You are communicative, hands-on, and thrive in a collaborative, international setting. You are capable of managing several tasks simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and aligning technical efforts with organizational goals.

Further :

• You have a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or a Higher Technical Certificate in Electromechanics.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• You have experience working in international or multicultural environments.
• You have knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (MMS / CMMS).
• You are proficient in Spanish & English, both spoken and written. Additional languages (e.g, Portuguese, German, or Dutch) are a plus.
• You are available to travel within the Southern Region (Spain, Portugal, and Italy) as needed.
