Position: Maintenance Engineer

Bolton Food Spain is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Maintenance Engineer. This position is dedicated to designing, planning, and supervising the annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure operational efficiency of equipment and facilities. The role also involves coordinating legal inspections, promoting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning of Preventive Maintenance: Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan, ensuring proper execution aligned with operational needs.
2. Creation and Updating of Maintenance Procedures: Define standards and include audit checklists similar to manufacturing orders.
3. Supervision of Legal Inspections: Monitor and follow up on regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
5. Team Training Management: Coordinate training plans to develop technical skills.
6. Participation in Daily Management Meetings: Report progress, incidents, and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages like French or Italian are a plus
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Methodical problem-solving ability and detail-oriented
