Descripción del empleo

As a Software Architect you will support our team in developing our Web and Mobile products. You will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing the goals for SW development projects that your team is in charge of. It will be your task to select the proper architecture for the application's platform, coordinating all the technologies to be used (Mobile, Full Stack, Database, Web, etc.) as well as ensuring the software meets the proper standards and adheres to market research, designing the software document and proper protocol, and maintaining the software components.

Your Contribution

• Lead our Software Development team, covering data ingestions and analysis, facing web applications and aspects of DevOps and infrastructure.
• Manage the development lifecycle of software products.
• Stay tuned with market trends and new developments, recommending new tools, technologies or processes where appropriate.
• Grow and develop a team of exceptional software developers.
• Research new technologies to strengthen the organization.
• Oversee, create and implement software products and applications.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the actions of the development team.
• Responsible for technology delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization.
• Act as a liaison between the department and senior leadership.
• Define the architecture of the full platform to achieve the requirements of the digital product roadmap.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science.
• More than 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with software development and mobile development projects.
• Knowledge of cloud server and service architectures like AWS or similar.
• Deep knowledge about Databases.
• Experience with infrastructure, Cloud and DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, as well as knowledge of the main code languages (C, C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, etc.).
