Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Sales team technical support for ongoing and new projects
• Interaction with the R&D team to cascade technical updates to customers
• Compatibility reports of new frames
• Understanding product functionality and troubleshooting
• Providing technical expertise on products and services
• Participating in exhibitions, conventions, and events to promote products and services
• Training colleagues and sales personnel on technical aspects
• Having in-depth technical knowledge of products, their operation, and limitations
• Sending technical specifications to potential buyers with sales quotes
• Revising and improving technical manuals

Your Skills & Strengths:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Degree in business or engineering

• Thorough knowledge of bike products and their operation
