The Head of Program & Project Management will lead the program and project management team to ensure the successful execution of projects, focusing on profitability, costs, quality, and timing from project launch to end of production.

Your Contribution

• Plan and manage projects related to the design and industrialization process in an international environment.
• Ensure simultaneous engineering, requirements management, and effective opportunity and risk management.
• Coordinate project team members across business units and manage stakeholder interests.
• Provide functional leadership to the project team.
• Report project status and present to management and customers.
• Align project deliverables with customer and MAHLE requirements, including during negotiations and the sales process.
• Manage changes beneficial to both customer and MAHLE, supporting negotiations especially during the concept and acquisition phases.
• Immediately inform relevant committees of risks, deviations, or resource issues.
• Adhere to company targets, processes, and standards.
• Analyze and review performance indicators weekly and monthly in line with global strategy.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in process and project management.
• Knowledge of OEM customer processes in the bike industry.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
