• 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Magento 2 Entwicklung.
• 1-2 Jahre in einer Tech Lead Rolle mit erfolgreicher Teamführung.

Role Mission:

The Magento Backend Tech Lead is responsible for leading Magento project implementations, ensuring they meet business objectives while adhering to high coding standards and best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical direction, and deliver robust, secure, and high-performing solutions. Your responsibilities include designing and optimizing Magento modules, APIs, and third-party integrations, maintaining code quality, improving site performance, and resolving complex technical challenges. Additionally, you will mentor the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to Magento development standards. Your leadership will streamline workflows, enhance automation, and increase development efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Define technical project requirements and draft comprehensive technical documentation.
2. Estimate time and resources for technical tasks accurately.
3. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Magento solutions.
4. Lead and oversee frontend technical execution in eCommerce projects.
5. Ensure quality through meticulous code reviews, enforcing best practices, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
6. Manage seamless deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
7. Collaborate with project managers to interpret client needs and translate them into technical tasks.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation and efficiency.
9. Engage in client meetings, providing high-level technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Contribute to complex and high-level project implementations.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of Magento 2 development experience.
• 1-2 years in a Tech Lead role, with successful backend team leadership, technical direction, and mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Magento custom modules, API integrations, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of OOP, MVC, DDD, and Design Patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Proficiency with GIT and version control systems.
• Ability to simplify complex code for better understanding.
• Capability to estimate and plan backend work.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and test automation.
• Familiarity with profiling tools like Blackfire or New Relic.
