Are you a digital enabler? Join our multicultural and interdisciplinary team of top IT professionals across Europe and Latin America to participate in exciting international projects with leading companies in various sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to Cloud-based services. Your skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management, and product configuration will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototypes, and assist in testing.
• Conduct workshops in large, global organizations to gather and analyze business requirements, especially in Core HCM.
• Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform, keeping the needs of employees, managers, and leaders central to all decisions.
• Demonstrate configurations via prototypes to gain customer acceptance.
• Complete assigned tasks with status reports and keep the Engagement Manager informed.
• Provide expertise on key business processes related to industry and functional areas.
• Support Workday Operations by suggesting improvements, monitoring, and creating metrics for operational efficiency.
• Participate actively in the Workday Community, sharing expertise and collaborating with others.
• Ensure best practices are followed in Workday implementation.
• Understand and apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology in all engagements.
