Plenitude Renewables Spain is expanding its Asset Management team in Madrid with a Renewable Performance Analyst. You will support analysis, monitoring and optimisation of the portfolio's operational performance, focusing on data quality, performance analysis and reporting, centralising portfolio insights, and translating deviations into production and financial impacts.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering/Data Analytics degree with ~5 years in renewables, experience with SCADA systems, and

• Engineering or data analytics degree or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in renewables or performance analysis.
• Knowledge of solar and/or wind assets and performance indicators.
• Experience with SCADA and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong Power BI and data analysis skills; SQL/Python is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse production and performance of solar and wind assets to identify trends and improvements.
• Monitor KPI like production, availability, losses, deviations vs budget/forecast.
• Identify underperformance, curtailment and grid-related losses.
• Validate and reconcile data from SCADA and monitoring systems.
• Develop and automate Power BI reports and dashboards for portfolio visibility.
• Coordinate data quality and SCADA issues with relevant teams.
• Translate technical deviations into production and financial impacts for decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.
