OneTalent is seeking an FP&A Analyst focused on Renewable Energy to support growth across Spain and Portugal. The role partners with Energy and Asset Management to optimize production, revenues, and market exposure while delivering data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in FP&A or related finance roles within renewables, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid Madrid-based role with occasional travel.

Formación

• Around 4-5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong data analysis with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret large volumes of operational and financial data related to renewable energy generation assets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Analyze market trends, energy prices, regulation changes, and their impact on revenues and business performance.
• Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and internal systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting and analytical processes.
• Support critical business processes related to production, energy commercialization, hedging strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Asset Management, and Energy Management teams across Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg.
