Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on various mobile phone models, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems;
2. Perform repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and other component repairs;
3. Conduct thorough testing to ensure that repairs meet quality standards and are fully functional;
4. Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a professional manner;
5. Maintain an organized and clean workstation, managing tools and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Certification in electronics, mobile device repair, or a related field is preferred;
2. Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting;
3. Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models, including iOS and Android systems;
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
5. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and customer communication;
6. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
7. Fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
