LABS Corporate Finance seeks a Vice President to join its Madrid team, playing a pivotal role in expanding LABS’ activities in Spain. The role is full-time and office-based in Madrid, working with founding partners and collaborating with Milan, with exposure to clients, entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers on complex M&A transactions.

Candidate will lead end-to-end M&A execution, origination, and relationship-building across the Spanish market, driving value and rapid progression within the

• 5-6+ years of relevant M&A Advisory or Investment Banking experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end M&A processes including private equity transactions
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate internal teams and external counterparties
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and communication skills, client-facing senior stakeholders experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute M&A transactions from analysis to closing
• Origination and business development with potential clients and investors
• Build relationships with private equity professionals and advisors
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Provide senior reporting on transaction progress and issues
• Develop financial analyses, business plans and valuation models
• Identify alternative transaction structures to maximize value
• Coordinate with clients, investors, legal and financial advisors
• Prepare presentations and information memoranda
• Support senior professionals in origination and client development
• Expand LABS Corporate Finance’s presence in the Spanish market
