A leading M&A Advisory firm in Madrid is seeking a Director or Partner-level professional to lead and build its M&A advisory offering. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end advisory mandates, coordinate stakeholders, and enhance client relationships. Candidates must have significant M&A advisory experience and a proven track record of senior-level management. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, and candidates should be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Formación

• Significant experience in M&A advisory within an investment bank or independent advisory.
• Proven track record of leading M&A transactions and managing client relationships at senior level.
• Experience operating at Director / Partner level with commercial and origination responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and run end-to-end M&A advisory mandates, from origination through execution and closing.
• Act as deal captain on sell-side and buy-side processes, coordinating all stakeholders.
• Drive client origination and relationship management to grow revenues.
