Job summary

Fever is seeking motivated Global Operations Interns to join our Madrid team and help optimize processes across international operations. You will work on improving efficiency, coordinating events, and driving data-driven improvements with a hands-on mindset.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI, and gain exposure to global business operations in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or masters in engineering, math, business, operations, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data for insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support global operations activities including event planning, logistics, and vendor management.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on operational performance and prepare reports.
• High-visibility role with frequent interaction across Fever teams.
