Suntory Global Spirits in Madrid is seeking a Finance Partner for the Global Controlling Team on a temporary maternity cover basis. You will ensure local accounts are properly stated with strong controls, provide accounting guidance, and support management with IFRS/GAAP reporting in an international setting.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a degree in business or accounting, and proficiency with SAP R3 FI and BW/EDW. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 4-6 years experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Technical skills (Accounting background, CPA/ACCA, Big 4, SOX)
• SAP R3 FI, and BW/EDW experiences
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Collaboration and effective stakeholder management
• Presentation experience including delivery
• Strong communication skills in an international environment
• Business fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Local Accounts are properly stated with strong controls for accurate financial statements
• Support timely closing and financial reporting to HQ
• Advise on accounting implications of operations in line with IFRS and Corporate policies
• Collaborate with auditors for timely audits
• Review financial statements and balance sheet forecasts
• Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and regional procedures
• Identify and mitigate process/control gaps and propose improvements
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
