Medtronic is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Alcalá de Henares distribution center, Madrid. You will lead logistics operations, supervise a team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics, strong SAP WMS experience, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a focus on teamwork and timely results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
• Experience in a similar management role is an asset.
• Proven experience in SAP WMS, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Analytical, proactive, adaptable and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Control flow of finished goods from origin to customer to meet requirements.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Meet customer service and time objectives within financial constraints.
• Build relationships with manufacturing, suppliers and customers.
