Hardis Group in Madrid is seeking a Warehouse Management Software Consultant (WMS) to join our Supply Chain Solutions department. You will define customer needs, design functional solutions, and lead workshops. The role includes go-live preparation, testing, training, and ongoing deployment support, tailoring the Hardis WMS to client contexts.

Location: Madrid. You will collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful deployment and alignment with ISO security standards.

Formación

• Understand customer context and define functional perimeters.
• Gather and analyze needs to identify deviations from standard product.
• Explain requirements to the production team and draft detailed specifications.
• Formalize scenarios and tests for Go Live and defect detection.
• Train the customer and assist during the configuration phase and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Study the customer context (processes, organization, people) to define functional perimeters.
• Collect needs (workshops) and analyze deviations to meet specific requirements.
• Advise the customer and ensure functional consistency across the solution.
• Write general functional analyses and transfer requirements to the production team.
• Train users, support Go Live, and assist during deployment and post‑deployment.
