Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid seeks a Director of Business Line Compliance to lead the local compliance function for Global Markets, Global Banking, and GTB. You will partner with regional and global leadership to drive strategy, governance, and risk oversight, ensuring regulatory alignment across business lines.

Formación

• 12–15+ years of experience in financial services compliance within a major global bank or regulated institution.
• Proven track record advising senior business leaders in high‑pressure, complex environments.
• Extensive experience in Global Markets (FICC) compliance, with exposure to Investment Banking and Transaction Banking.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic direction for Madrid Compliance in alignment with global objectives.
• Provide senior‑level advisory to Global Markets, Global Banking, and GTB on complex matters.
• Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, thematic reviews, inspections, and enforcement matters.
