Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 3–5+ years Workday configuration experience, payroll and absence expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as Workday SME guiding stakeholders on solutions.
• Maintain security, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
• Configure payroll, earnings codes, and tax integrations.
• Configure absences, time tracking, and scheduling.
• Build HR/payroll reports and dashboards for insights.
• Prioritize projects and drive process improvements.
