Job summary

Santander is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst based in Madrid to support the Decide & Invest mission within the Savings & Investments platform. You will translate strategy into detailed requirements, design end-to-end journeys, and collaborate with local markets to deliver seamless digital investment experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles in digital environments.
Experience translating business needs into customer journeys and requirements.
Fluent English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Initiate and define the Decide & Invest customer mission across markets.
Translate strategy into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
Design end-to-end customer journeys for onboarding, profiling, suitability and portfolios.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology and local teams to ensure delivery.
