Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Analyst to join our Revenue Excellence team in Madrid. The role focuses on ensuring quality and reliability of Salesforce-based solutions for clients by validating functionality, exposing defects, and supporting project implementations.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, designing test plans, executing cases, and documenting findings. English fluency is essential; knowledge of CRM/cloud apps is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Sciences/MIS/Business or similar is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving quality and user experience.
Experience with software testing, QA, business analysis, or process validation is preferred.
Familiarity with creating test cases, executing test plans, and documenting defects.
Understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, or other cloud-based business applications is a plus.
Experience with defect tracking or project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of data validation, workflows, and business processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is a must, any other spoken language is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and expected system behavior.
Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios for Salesforce and related business applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with project teams to troubleshoot issues.
Validate business processes and system configurations against client requirements.
Support release readiness activities and help ensure successful deployment of new functionality.
Review system changes and enhancements to evaluate potential impacts on downstream processes.
Create clear documentation of testing results, quality findings, and recommendations.
Assist with building proof-of-concepts and validating solution designs prior to deployment.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to testing standards, QA processes, and delivery methodologies.
