Turn2X is looking for a driven project developer in Madrid to own projects from origination to RTB/FID-ready status, securing permits, feedstock contracts and grid connections. You will coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Finance and Land teams and work closely with founders to drive rapid decision-making.

Requirements include 3–5 years in renewable energy development, extreme ownership, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, fluency in English and Spanish, and readiness to travel

Formación

• 3–5 years in renewable energy project development.
• Demonstrated ownership of development milestones and approvals.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own TURN2X projects from origination to RTB, including permits and feedstock contracts.
• Secure all permits, manage authority processes end-to-end.
• Secure land, grid connection offers, and offtake contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Land).
• Prepare clear documentation for investment and gate decisions.
