Exus Renewables in Madrid seeks a Development & Construction professional to drive end-to-end renewable energy projects—from screening through Ready-to-Build—ensuring technical, regulatory, environmental and financial viability. You will coordinate with landowners, authorities, consultants and partners to keep projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Requirements include engineering degree, 1–2 years in renewables, knowledge of regulations and GIS tools, plus fluent

Formación

• Engineering degree required; a master's in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of renewable energy project experience in development or construction.
• Knowledge of energy sector regulations (EU/national) and GIS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewable energy projects from development through Ready-to-Build.
• Coordinate engineering design and documentation with internal and external teams.
• Support permitting with public authorities and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site viability analyses and assist in land rights negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Prepare periodic updates on milestones, costs, and risks.
• Support M&A due diligence and cross-geo initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Procurement on cross-functional activities.
