Opdenergy is hiring a Project Finance Analyst in Madrid to support end-to-end complex financing transactions for renewable energy projects worldwide. You will evaluate investment opportunities, structure financing with banks and institutions, and oversee detailed financial models and risk assessments for investment committees.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in project/ corporate finance, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2); Italian or French is a plus.
• Advanced Excel including financial modelling and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS is valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and energy markets, PPAs and M&A valued.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end execution of complex Project Finance transactions at an international level.
• Analyze investment/divestment opportunities in renewable energy projects.
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements with financial institutions.
• Oversee financial models and valuation analyses for funding decisions.
• Manage external advisers throughout the financing process.
• Prepare strategic documents and risk assessments for Committees.
• Collaborate with Financial and Business Area teams.
• Prepare analysis and monitoring documents for internal Committees.
• Analyze financial sensitivities to ensure viability.
