Chapman Freeborn is seeking a Passenger Charter Broker to join our Madrid team. You will manage all aspects of passenger charters from initial request through market search, offers, negotiation and booking.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients and aircraft providers, tailor solutions within budget and regulatory constraints, and develop new business in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This role offers a global, diverse environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the Air Charter Industry.
• Familiarity with the local market.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of a flight from initial request to booking and post-flight follow-up.
• Negotiate with aircraft providers to secure best value for clients.
• Log and generate quotes using in-house systems and formats.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and new business leads.
• Issue flight briefs and ensure all contracts and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with accounts to issue invoices and monitor payments.
