Electrolux Group in Madrid is seeking an Iberia Product Line specialist to lead the product line strategies for the Iberian market across related categories. You will own ranging, lifecycle management, pricing, and distribution to drive sustainable growth and keep our consumer offer relevant.

You will collaborate with sales, product line and marketing, monitor market trends, and work with national and international stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Portuguese a plus.

Formación

• Relevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Commercial mindset with a track record in business-oriented roles.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and presenting findings.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at national and international level.

Responsabilidades

• Define annual business plans grounded on consumer centric value propositions.
• Provide input for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.
• Support annual target setting.
• Communicate plans and product launches to key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales and engage with other commercial functions to meet KPIs.
• Participate in demand planning and Promo supply execution.
• Monitor market trends and competition.
