Verisure is seeking a talented Talent Strategy Intern to join our Group HR Talent & Development Team. Based in Madrid, this full-time role offers exposure to a global, high-growth organization and the chance to work on PMO initiatives, learning dashboards, and cross-country learning content adoption.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop analytical insights, and contribute to learning projects that shape our people strategy.

Formación

• Top tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to frame problems by breaking them into pieces.
• Willingness to learn and to grow in a company with great opportunities and potential.
• Enthusiasm, high energy and strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Strong knowledge of Power Point.
• Advanced Excel level.
• Languages: Required: Fluent in written and spoken English; Nice to have: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMO efforts that will help ensure all 18 countries upload in a timely manner their training information
• Participate in the creation of a global dashboard that will support the monitoring of key Learning-related metrics
• Co-lead project aimed at further promoting external eLearning content Monitor evolution of adoption KPIs and develop insights Propose new ideas to drive adoption and put together plan to implement them Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Run operational process to ensure learning content is available in the platform
• Prepare materials for our quarterly Learning Admin Connect sessions, important meetings with our most relevant stakeholders from all countries
• Contribute to designing and developing other global high-impact learning-related projects that might come up throughout the year.
• Support our Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant learning activities

Location

The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.
