Pexapark, the price intelligence platform for clean energy, is seeking a Group Controller in Madrid. You will own consolidated reporting under IFRS or US GAAP, oversee group treasury, and lead a multi-entity finance function reporting to the CFO in a high-visibility role.

This role requires 5–7 years in international finance, fluent English, and experience with NetSuite, Maxio or Abacum. You will guide internal controls, audits, and strategic finance initiatives across the group.

Formación

• 5–7 years of finance experience in international/multi-entity environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP and group reporting across entities.

Responsabilidades

• Own consolidated month-end and year-end close across the group.
• Prepare IFRS/US GAAP consolidated financial statements.
• Manage external audits and group auditors.
• Maintain a group-wide internal controls framework.
• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Support board materials and investor reporting.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, intercompany processes.
• Drive process improvements and scalable finance systems.
• Lead change initiatives to optimise finance function.
