Taptap Peru is seeking a Global Financial Controller based in Madrid to lead the finance function across multiple countries. You will partner with shareholders and executive leadership, shaping financial strategy, reporting, and compliance.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled processes, and robust local/global controls. You will oversee treasury, tax, and accounting operations, driving efficiency and strategic insight while coordinating with senior stakeholders and a dynamic international

Formación

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years in financial/controlling roles, multi-country experience.
• Experience with consolidation across multiple countries is required.
• Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a must.
• Advanced English (C1) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end closings across units, with strong analysis and narrative.
• Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and consolidation.
• Manage intercompany processes across markets with accurate intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate payments and cash flow forecasts; translate liquidity trends into recommendations.
• Own financial reporting for HQ, leadership, and shareholder materials with clear narratives.
• Drive finance automation roadmap, ERP optimization (NetSuite) and AI-enabled processes.
