UST España & Latam is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions in Madrid. The role emphasizes Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and MLOps in production environments.

You will travel to client sites in central Madrid 3 days a week and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams. Required is a strong Python background, hands-on TensorFlow/PyTorch experience, and English at C1 level.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of RAG, MLOps concepts, and AI deployment best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and optimize ML/AI solutions for enterprise challenges.
• Design multi-agent systems and enable function/tool-calling capabilities.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data.
• Evaluate models including LLMs and optimize prompts for production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams; participate in code reviews and tests.
